casinos and shows (Harrahs, Harveys, Montblue, and Horizon casinos) at Stateline, Nevada.
South Lake Tahoe is an easy drive from the Reno/Tahoe airport.
The
Marriott Grand Residence in South Lake Tahoe consists of timeshares and
fractional-ownership condominiums that are often also available for vacation
rentals. This includes times during the busy summer and winter seasons as well
as the more relaxing spring and fall seasons. Though Heavenly Village condo
rentals are available directly from Marriott, you can save 30% or more on your vacation rental by
renting from the owner. We offer our beautiful, spacious
3-bedroom/4-bathroom condo for rent; other unit sizes from studios through
3-bedroom penthouses are available via
Lake Tahoe Heavenly
Village Condo Rentals.
The Marriott Grand Residence Club resort at includes shops, restaurants,
movie theatre with an ice rink (weather permitting) on premises. The Grand
Residence is family friendly and non-smoking. Weather
permitting there is also skiing/snowboarding, sledding, snow tubing, hot tubs, hiking, mountain biking, and
zip lining. Other resort amenities include: children's activity center, heated swimming pool and spas, health club and day spa on premises.
Free laundry facilities on floor. Wireless Internet access and concierge services.
Free owner underground valet parking for up to two cars (normally $22/day/car). There is a grocery/drug (Raley's)
store across the street. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance.
Walking distance to Lake Tahoe and beach access.
Our beautiful, spacious 3-bedroom / 4-bathroom condo sleeps 12 to 14 people. It is located at the Marriott Grand Residence Club in the heart of the
Heavenly Village at South Lake Tahoe. Rent directly from the owners and save significantly over renting through Marriott. Our condo's amenities include:
- Full kitchen, granite counter tops, appliances, coffee maker, utensils, and dining area for 6 people.
- Fireplace in the living room.
- Mountain and pool views
- Living rooms and bedrooms have TVs with cable television.
- 2,100 square feet of living space including a loft bedroom, living room, and bathroom.
- Master bedroom with king size bed with jacuzzi tub in the bathroom and a
300 square foot balcony. This bedroom sleeps 2 people and has an optional private entrance.
- Second bedroom with 2 queen size beds, private bathroom and pool and mountain views. This bedroom sleeps up to 4 people and has an optional private entrance.
- Third bedroom (upstairs) with queen size bed and shared bathroom with rest of loft (sleeps up to 2 people.)
- Upstairs loft living room large living area with TV/DVD and queen size sofa sleeper (sleeps up to 2 people.)
- The living room has one queen sleeper sofa and can accommodate kids in the window nooks (sleeps up to 4 people.)
- Free high-speed wireless Internet in the rooms and throughout the hotel

Our condo can be split up in to 2-bedroom or 1-bedroom configurations also. Other unit sizes and configurations available through
Heavenly Village
Condos.
Policies and rental information:
- Full-week rentals begin on Friday afternoon and end on the following Friday morning. Back-to-back weeks are sometimes available.
- Minimum 3 nights rental during peak season, but check with us regarding last minute rentals.
- Rental reservations and payments are coordinated through Heavenly Village Condos
- 50% deposit is due at the time of reservation. 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival
- Payment types accepted: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Checks, and Money Orders
- A 10% fee is charged on all cancelations. Fee is based on entire scheduled rental.
- Full deposit, less 10% fee, refunded if cancelation is more than 30 days before arrival.
- Cancelations within 30 days of arrival arefunded only if unit can be re-booked, less 10% fee. Refund will be amount of rebooking rental, not to exceed original rental.
- No refunds for late arrivals, early departures, or poor weather conditions.
- No smoking. No pets. If you are like us and love your pet, pet boarding is available nearby through other providers.
- Check in time is 4:00PM - Check out time is 11:00AM
- One mandatory cleaning fee ($182.00) is payable to the Marriott upon check-out. Daily housekeeping is optional and not included in rental cost.
- No skis or snowboards in the rooms. Complimentary ski/snowboard valet is available next to the gondola.
Getting to South Lake Tahoe in the summer or winter is easy. The roads on both the California and Nevada sides of the mountains are well maintained.
